Oil Spill Incident Management Services |
RMA provides a highly qualified and reliable domestic and international OPA 90 spill
response support and management program. Vessel and facility owners / operators
who are governed by the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 must identify a Qualified Individual
(33 CFR, 40 CFR, 49 CFR and NTL NO. 98-30) in their response plan.
Moreover, our experienced Spill Managers and other critical response operations
support to act as or in support of the client’s response team. The RMA teams
of experienced spill managers and responders have been involved in various capacities
in numerous spill incidents including the Exxon Valdez, Glacier Bay, San Jacinto
River, Mega Borg, and Huntington Beach incidents. |
