In addition to on-site training and public training seminars RMA Academy has the capabilities and expertise to not only create web-base training modules but implement them on-site at your facility into your training management system. Each training module can cover a multitude of environmental, health, safety, and response topics.
Modules can be at any length and customizable to your specific facility or industry. Pictures, charts, graphs, scenarios, quizzes, games, and tests can all be implemented and customizable to your facility to ensure your employees get 1st hand company specific training.
Reporting and attendance can also be tracked and certificates printed upon completion to help streamline your training record and reporting requirements. |

RMA’s customized Self-Study courses are designed to allow your employees learn at their own pace and according to their own schedule. |
