Mr. Ambrosi has experience in preparing Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plans, Integrated contingency Plans, Facility Response Plans for various clients and also routinely conducts many on-site visits and assessments for RMA clients.

Ms. Blackwell has been with RMA for seven years and presently works in the training department.  Debbie's responsibilities include the preparation of the training books, administrative materials, training aids and most Powerpoint presentations used in the various classes.

Shelley has been with RMA for 4 years and has
experience in the development of contingency plans for various terminals, refineries, and pump stations. She also has experience in the Qualified Individual (QI) Notification Program, conducting SPCC site inspections and conducting FRP training.

Ms. Byrd a Senior Word Processor for the Planning
Department. She supports the Planning Group and managers with the development and delivery of their contingency plans by reviewing them for quality, edits, formatting, and other changes before they set out to our clients.

Mr. Chaiet’s 38 years of experience include engineering, operations, and management responsibilities for a major chemical company, small refinery, interstate pipeline system and a bulk-liquid products storage facility. His expertise is in Air Compliance to include permitting, emissions inventories and monitoring and more.

Don has over seventeen years of professional experience in emergency response and information technology management.   Don is responsible for the design development and implementation of technology solutions that support company incident response, consulting, and training services.

Mrs. Cox has been with RMA for four years and conducts Internet research and prepares plans for Word Processing and Production. Ms. Cox has also responded to incidents in the capacity of Documentation Unit Leader.

Marvin Crawford has been affiliated with emergency response for over 30 years. Marvin has developed numerous safety, health and fire protection programs and has been a member of the Pasadena Volunteer Fire Department and the Houston Local Emergency Planning Committee.

Ms. Cruz has been in the Emergency Response Consulting field since 1999. She’s proficient in coordinating, producing, and word processing. Ms. Cruz is also experienced in graphics, research and development, quality control, and creating Electronic Templates for International Oil, Gas, and Energy Companies.

Scott has over 15 years of experience in enterprise GIS development, computerized map generation and software mapping applications. He also has extensive experience in developing Operations Maps, Shoreline Clean up Progress Maps and other professional map products.

Ms. Haney is an accountant with responsibilities in the areas of general accounting, financial analysis, & budgeting.  She has experience as Controller in the manufacturing, service & construction industries and is a graduate of the University of Houston with an MBA in Finance.

Ms. Hardy has fifteen years of environmental experience of environmental and contingency planning and reporting throughout many different government and private sector industries. She is also a Registered Environmental Manager (REM).

Mr. Hillman has worked on various emergency response contract projects for RMA since 2005 and has assisted in writing a variety of emergency plans. He has also performed security and safety assessments and audits and assists in the management of numerous oil spills throughout the US.

Ms. Janeway administratively supports the Planning Department with dual reports to the Incident Management Coordinator, BP - Texas City Site.  She also gives support and preparation for BP TCS IMT training classes, BP IMT Paging notifications & assists in development of the BP IMT Share Point site.

Mr. Kelley has been working in the environmental field since 1998 and started as a hazmat/safety Non-commissioned Officer for the US Marine Corps. Mr. Kelley’s experience ranges from chemical classification, emergency response, regulatory training/consulting, and government services to marketing and development.

Mr. Kirk has 15+ years in the health, safety and environmental field; mostly in the petrochemical and E&P arena. He has been responsible for assessing and designing programs to meet regulatory compliance in OSHA, EPA, DOT, and MMS regulations; and API and NFPA standards.

Don has been in the environmental field for 18 years. His experience ranges from Phase II Assessments and Soil-Gas Surveys, contingency planning, emergency response planning ad assessments, and regulatory training. Don is also a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).

Mr. Koch’s has a key role in the administration of Federal grants and has experience in development of drills, exercises, and training programs designed to meet regulatory requirements. John is also a Coast Guard Reservist who holds the title of Port Security Specialist and conducts security assessments and inspections.

Ms. Leibham supports the project managers with plan writing and quality control and conducts Internet research, coordinates plans with Word Processing and Reproduction. Ms. Leibham is also a member of the SMT and has responded to several incidents in the capacity of Documentation Team Leader.

Mr. Manganaro has 22 years of experience which includes 12 years in the U.S. Coast Guard. He carries a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) Certification. He has conducted numerous Security Assessments and developed many Facility and Vessel Security Plans, Response Plans, and Contingency Plans.

Mrs. Masden has been with RMA 5 ½ years.  She works with the Project Managers, Project Specialists and Project Assistants in the Planning department.  Her duties are to word process Facility Response Plans, Integrated Contingency Plans,  & Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plans.

Mr. Mathis completed a 20 year career with the U.S. Coast Guard and worked as an emergency response and crisis preparedness consultant before joining RMA. His expertise includes maritime law enforcement, training, oil and hazardous materials response, vessel operations, and contingency planning.

Mr. McHugh has 13 years of environmental experience as an ecologist and consultant providing technical and regulatory assistance on issues such as oil spill prevention and contingency planning, oil spill response, wetland delineation and permitting, threatened and endangered species surveys and habitat classifications.

Jim Mehrmann, Project Director, comes to RMA Inc. with more than 37 years experience in marine and naval air and surface operations in the fields of planning, operations, marine engineering, marine surveying, project engineering management, risk and loss adjustment and damage claims service management..

 

Mr. Merchant main responsibilities include design and development of web based electronic plans and databases and has experience in many programming languages and platforms to include ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, XML, XSL, SQL Server 2000, and Crystal Reports.

Mr. Meyer has over 25 years experience in the emergency response / consulting industry including both operations with the U.S. Coast Guard and private industry.  He has been Certified as a NIMS – Training Instructor by the Texas Forest Service. He retired as a Captain in the Coast Guard Reserve.

Mr. Morris has been a Software Developer in the industry for 2 years. Since his involvement in the Planning field, he has developed database driven software applications deployed in an Internet environment which have been used to maintain an array of U.S. Regulatory Plans.

 

Mr. Politte founded RMA in 1990 and has 20 years of experience with a major oil company and in consulting for the petroleum industry. His work experience includes onshore and offshore production operations, regulatory and safety engineering, computing, and project management.

Sue was as an essential part of the early foundation of RMA and currently manages the Financial and Human Resource aspects of the company to include quality and document control, employee benefits and resources, payroll, and other financial aspects of RMA and its yearly events.

Ms. Saint has 15 years of consulting experience in emergency response planning and training. Lisa’s responsibilities have included development, coordination, and implementation of various types of response plans, mapping projects, training programs, drills and exercises, and grant management projects.

Doug Smith has 30 years of experience in regulatory training and development. Doug retired from the US Navy as the Command Master Chief. After retiring he served as the Facility Security Officer for Rhodia’s Houston and Baytown facilities. He now conducts emergency response training and exercises for RMA.

Satyajit has 5 years of software development experience. His main responsibilities include design and development of web based electronic plans and databases and has experience in many programming languages and platforms to include ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, XML, XSL, SQL Server 2000, and Crystal Reports.

David has more than 6 years of experience as Graphic and Interactive design and assists the planning department in mapping, GIS, and Spill Trajectory design. He also helps the Marketing Department with graphic design projects and web-development.

Mr. Teubner was a member of the US Coast Guard for more than 24 years where he gained extensive experience in port security, maritime transportation system management, and environmental emergency responses, and regulatory compliance programs. He has written a significant number of facility security plans.

Mr. Walton’s has six years of Health, Safety and Environmental experience and served in the United States Coast Guard, where he worked as a pollution investigator and facility inspector. Brad has an expertise in contingency planning, MSTA maritime security regulations, and security plans and audits.

Mrs. White is experiences in developing Oil Spill Contingency Plans, Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plans and Facility Response Plans (FRP). Prior to working at RMA, Sylvia spent time as a Wetlands Specialist in New Orleans, LA helping with the Hurricane Katrina clean-up.

 

As Project Specialist, Ms. Moore supports the Project Director and Managers as project controller, research analyst, and assist in the development of plans.  Prior to joining RMA, Inc. she was a Technical Assistant supporting in developing and writing plans, quality control, and web-based plan development.

Mrs. Walker is a word processor supports the project managers
with plan updates, amendments, and quality control. Mrs. Walker also supports a secretarial and administrative role for RMA.  

Jon’s recent work experience includes working as a Research Assistant for the University's Natural Hazards Research and Applications Information Center, a Security Specialist for BP's Cherry Point Refinery. Jon is currently playing a supporting role on a number of ongoing contingency planning projects.

 

 

John has worked for the past seven years in the environmental consulting arena where he worked on regulatory compliance issues (for a wide variety of industries including shipyards, aggregate related industries, heavy manufacturing, municipalities, mid-size chemical plants, and recycling operations.

Chris has a B.S. degree in Emergency Management / Homeland Security and worked with the Port of LA/LB as an intern with their Container Port Division, where he assisted conducting exercises and drills. Additionally, he co-founded an EMT company which operated for five years; and worked several years as Assistant Harbormaster at the Nantucket Harbormaster’s Office.
